GOLF ATTIRE: Men are required to wear slacks or Bermuda-length shorts and collared golf shirts. Women are required to wear Bermuda-length shorts, skirts, skorts, capris or slacks. Women may wear sleeveless shirts. Denim shirts or shorts, jeans, T-shirts, men’s sleeveless shirts, tank tops, tube tops and shirts with inappropriate words or images are not permitted.

GOLF TAXES: Greens fees do not include taxes.

GOLF CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your tee time please call 540-839-7506 at least 24 hours in advance.

SPA CANCELLATIONS: If you need to cancel your spa appointment, you must do so 24 hours prior to your reservation. Please call us at (800) 838-1766 for cancellations or modifications.

SPA PAYMENT INFORMATION: All charges must be paid by credit card or room charge.

WHAT TO BRING: The Spa provides robes for guests receiving services. Fitness wear or swimwear is not provided, but is available for purchase. Shirts and closed-toe athletic shoes must be worn in the fitness area. The Spa is non-smoking. Cell phone use is permitted in the Spa lobby only.

SPA USAGE:The minimum age requirement to utilize the Spa’s facilities; including the Locker Areas, Aqua Thermal Suites, and Serenity Garden is 18 years of age.  The minimum age requirement to receive Spa Services; including Massage, Body Treatments, and Facials is 18 years of age.  Any guests ages 5-17 may receive Salon Services but a parent or guardian must sign a consent form, book all services, and an adult must be present during the service.

ABOUT THE BATHHOUSES: The Gentlemen’s and Ladies’ Bathhouses are historic structures and as such, there are no showers, and the changing facilities are shared. When visiting, please do not leave any valuables unattended. Soaking sessions of 50 minutes each are booked on the hour.

HOURS OF OPERATION: TUESDAY- SUNDAY FROM 10 A.M. - 6 P.M.

FAMILY SOAKING | 10 AM - 1 PM: Men, women and children may soak in the pool house together (swimsuits required and children under the age of 18 may come with a parent).

ADULT, CO-ED SOAKING | 10 AM - 3 PM, 5PM - 6PM: Adult, coed soaking: for ages 16 and older (swimsuits required). Staff will assign bathhouse.

ADULT SOAKING | 3 PM - 5 PM: Gentlemen will soak in the gentlemen's pool and ladies in the ladies’ pool. For adults 18 and older. Swimsuits optional.

SOAKING ETIQUETTE: The Warm Springs Pools experience is relaxing and serene. Guests are expected to be mindful of others and keep noise to a minimum. Use of cell phones and cameras are discouraged.

PARKING: Limited parking is available at the Warm Springs Pools. Additional parking is available at the Park and Ride across Rt. 220.

OMNI HOMESTEAD GUESTS: Transportation is provided to and from the resort via shuttle for scheduled reservations at Warm Springs Pools. Please check in at Allegheny Outfitters in the retail corridor of the Omni Homestead Resort 40 minutes prior to reservation time.

LOCAL OR NON-RESORT GUESTS: Please check in 15 minutes prior to reservation time directly in the Reception House at Warm Springs Pools.The Warm Springs Pools are not located on property at The Omni Homestead Resort.
